In response to the passing of the COVID-19 Emergency Response Bill 2020 by the Queensland Government, the Queensland Residential Tenancies Authority was required to urgently inform tenants, property managers and owners, community members and industry stakeholder groups of the significant changes included in the Bill. 

​Articulous was engaged to develop a suite of targeted electronic and online communication materials, including web copy, explainer videos and animations, webinars, simple visual diagrams, infographics, visual fact sheets, social media posts, media statements, call centre scripts and stakeholder case studies. ​

Our in-house creative team crafted a series of animated explainer videos intended to simplify and condense the complex information provided and psychologically reassure stakeholders. All communications materials were delivered within 3 weeks of the project inception, with a communications strategy compiled in just 2 days. Our staff were pleased to contribute to the effort of providing everyday Australians with digestible, accessible and comforting information in a time crisis.
