Queensland Fire & Emergency Services – Engagement strategy

Articulous ran a state-wide roadshow to develop a community engagement approach for QFES based on understanding how to engage with communities to improve their resilience in the face of increasing extreme weather events, and how to prepare communities for disaster.

Throughout 2018 Articulous worked with Queensland Fire and Emergency Services on a state-wide roadshow to better understand and improve how the community and stakeholders were engaged regionally across Queensland.

We developed a Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and supporting regional plans with a focus on regional team members who play a significant role in stakeholder engagement.

QFES wanted to equip them with the skills to successfully undertake effective stakeholder engagement within their respective communities.
