We introduce you to more than 60 different engagement methods 

We explore the methods you are most interested in to make sure this course is relevant to the work you are doing. 

We consider the pros and cons of each method what is needed for that methods to be successful.  

We explore digital adaptation for a range of face to face methods. 

The course will give you the tools you need to select the right method to respond to your engagement needs. We consider what is need to design that method and identify what questions to ask to get the answers to your questions. 

We will also design your evaluation approach, consider group dynamics and how do deliver the right messages.
