The challenge
Innovation, digital, smart cities and the future were some of the hot topics workshopped at the highly successful Unpacking Innovation event hosted by Logan City Council.
The hands-on event brought minds together locally and from across the globe to define what smart cities, innovation and incubation means for local government; and to help shape the liveability, productivity and sustainability of Logan and cities and regions across Queensland. The event was attended by over 300 delegates.
Our action
With a focus on digital innovation, Articulous’ role was to ensure the latest in digital engagement experiences to support delegates to contribute more effectively to the goals of the summit and to reach tangible outcomes.
Articulous worked closely with speakers to assist in delivery of their sessions, and co-developed an inspired program that generated tangible outcomes, including the virtual signing of a Commitment to Innovate for Logan City Council.
We delivered an ‘innovation zone’, with a number of unique digital experiences on offer including an interactive play dough survey, 3D interactive panorama, interactive infographic with a timeline of quotes from the event, augmented reality video, and live polling.
The outcome
The whole team worked tirelessly to deliver the event in a short time, and the client and delegates’ feedback was testament to its success.
