After the Queensland Government passed the COVID-19 Emergency Response Bill 2020, the RTA was required to urgently inform tenants, property managers and owners, community and industry stakeholder groups of the significant changes included in the Bill.
Articulous was engaged to develop a suite of targeted electronic and online communication materials, including web copy, explainer videos and animations, webinars, simple visual diagrams, infographics, visual fact sheets, social media posts, media statements, call centre scripts and stakeholder case studies.
A communication strategy was developed within two days of appointment and all communication materials delivered within three weeks.
