The outcome
Awareness and local support of the community is high. Sales have been phenomenal. Residents are engaged and participating in a range of social activities and events. People see their future in Providence.
How it happened
Providence started as a paddock set against a stunning backdrop in the epicenter of new developments in Ripley Valley. It is now home to around 500 families and growing.
In only 12 months the new Providence Centre, urban café Forty West, Splash ‘n’ Play Water Park, and Adventure Playground have sprung up – and this is just the start.
Over the past two years, we’ve caught the eye of TV news crews, graced the front page of newspapers, and brought people over the bridge to one of the many family events.
Young people and families are flocking to the free facilities that are within walking distance from their homes.
We’ve tapped into what people are seeking the most, a safe, natural, family-focused and community-centred place to live.
