Our challenge
Articulous was engaged by Regional Victoria’s Mallee Catchment Management Authority to undertake a comprehensive review of the peak body’s communications, engagement, and crisis management plans in the lead up to a contentious groundwater survey.
Our action
Articulous worked closely with Mallee CMA’s communications and technical teams to understand the project and potential risks. A detailed review of the plans including all associated collateral was carried out to assess alignment with crisis management best practice.
How it happened
Items included but were not limited to key messaging, print and digital communications documents, web and social media content, and news media statements, along with risks and mitigations, and crisis responses.
The outcome
The final plans helped MCMA reduce communications and engagement risks and put the organisation in the best position to manage and respond to crises in the unlikely event they occurred.
Articulous was praised for delivering a highly detailed and comprehensive review in a timely manner.
