Articulous facilitated the Insurance Council of Australia’s community roadshow events in May and June for New South Wales and Queensland insurance customers impacted by the February and March 2022 floods.
The in-person forums provided policyholders with details on their insurance claims process, complaints avenues and other useful information to assist with their claims process.
Each session included an in-depth presentation as well as an opportunity for policyholders to raise concerns and ask general questions in a public forum.
The outcomes of the sessions were the removal of uncertainty of the claims process, providing empowerment on the claim journey and offering support to policyholders who may never had made a previous property claim before.
