One of Brisbane’s most respected social and community housing providers was struggling with its communication strategies.
Our action
Articulous reviewed Jacaranda Housing’s communications strategy and channels and developed a new process that would allow it to better inform its stakeholders about its work and future plans. As part of this work, Articulous also provided bespoke training for key Jacaranda Housing officials focused on effective communications and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
How it happened
When one of the most well-known and respected social and community housing providers needed support, we knew we had to jump on board.
Jacaranda Housing provides safe, secure and affordable housing for those most in need, changing the lives of many people across South East Queensland.
In comparison, our work was simple: change communication processes and to build the confidence of staff to speak to the media and stakeholders.
We undertook a communications review, developed new communications processes and ran bespoke training. We’re proud to have worked with a small, dedicated team who are committed to delivering safe, secure and affordable housing to those most in need.
