Articulous was engaged by Redlands based developer, Fiteni Homes, to deliver the award-winning Redlands Coast: Future of Home and Botanix Reimagined campaigns.
Our action
Our team worked to provide communications strategies for both headline campaigns, which formed part of a broader master plan project in Wellington Point. Articulous delivered three key phases across the project.
How it happened
Early focus group sessions were delivered to understand community sentiment around housing needs in the local area. Insights from this phase informed the development of a communications strategy for Redlands Coast: The Future of Home, a campaign to raise interest in housing diversity, and gain broader community feedback on housing needs. Web and social media content was developed, and a media strategy was successful in securing local coverage. Following the second phase, Articulous delivered a communications strategy, along with a full suite of materials, for the launch of the Botanix Master Plan campaign.
The outcome
This campaign was successful in promoting the future Botanix development and garnering community support. Delivered in unison with community engagement to inform the master plan design, the campaign featured strong social and news media coverage. Articulous was proud to work with Fiteni and partners to deliver the project, which received a UDIA Queensland Award for Excellence in 2023.
