Articulous was enlisted as part of the ARUP consortium for the Council of Mayors Southeast Queensland (CoMSEQ) project of reviewing the Resilient Rivers Initiative and establishing a new investment strategy for SEQ waterways and catchments. The key intent of the project was to help bolster the SEQ City Deal funds with public and private sector funding opportunities.
Articulous undertook significant stakeholder engagement to help realise a successful outcome, which included the facilitation of key stakeholder interviews and workshops in collaboration with CoMSEQ leaders.
A robust and in-depth approach to cross-catchment engagement was used to ensure that an array of stakeholders were supported to work together.
This engagement resulted in all of the catchment area’s diverse stakeholders delivering a shared vision for the future benefit of the region, as well as specific goals and priority actions
