Let’s review the latest engagement trends, methods and industry standards.
This course will dust off some of those well-known tools you’ve always used and refresh you with the latest thinking for engagement in 2026!
This course is designed for current engagement practitioners who have previously learnt the skills of engagement and received their certificate – but it’s been a while since you gained your qualifications!
If you feel like you’ve been around traps for a while – and you just need a reminder about the best and latest practices – then this is the course for you!
In Engagement Refresh, we will go back over the basics of engagement, the methods, and ways to implement engagement. We will also share with you our most up-to-date annual research findings from the People Matter Poll, so you can get back to work feeling confident and efficient in delivering your engagement.
Delivered in-person in the Brisbane CBD (exact location revealed on registration) and available for virtual delivery. We also cap our courses at 24 participants to make sure you get the best learning experience.
