I’ve previously done Engagement Essentials elsewhere. Can I complete the other four days with you?
Yes. Please provide a copy of your Engagement Essentials certificate. Then we will contact you to enrol in the other four days.
I’ve previously done Engagement Essentials and Engagement Methods (or Engagement Design). Can I complete the other two days with you?
Yes. Please provide copies of your previous certificates. Then we will contact you to enrol in the other days.
Can I pay in instalments?
No.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel or change your booking up to ten working days before the course start date, without a cancellation fee. After that the cancellation fee is equal to the registration fee. You may send someone else in your place. That person must meet pre-requisite requirements.
There is no refund for non-attendance. In all cases we will consider extenuating circumstances and reserve the right to request supporting documentation.
