Online Engagement Training

Mastering Community and Stakeholder Engagement Using Online Tools

Articulous Communications has developed Australia's first training course tailored specifically to the community and stakeholder engagement profession.

The course explores the why, when and how of using online community and stakeholder engagement.

Did you know that a 2013 survey by Articulous Communications of community and stakeholder engagement practitioners found that:

Facebook is the most commonly used online tool for engaging communities online

20% of engagement practitioners are funding their online engagement projects through additional expenditure rather than taking it from budgets allocated for traditional engagement

100% of engagement professionals believe the sector will be devoting more expenditure on online engagement over the next three years

Project managers are just as interested in conducting online engagement as community and stakeholder engagement practitioners
