Ella has a diverse skill set, with experience working in large organisations across communications, digital marketing and data analysis. She was part of a team of two at a national recruitment company where she delivered marketing and communications for its subsidiaries and 40+ business centres across Australia. This included data analysis and reporting, maintaining the company websites, creating a wide range of promotional collateral, and delivering communications to their large external workforce through social media and direct marketing.
Ella most recently worked in a role specialising in social media, where she took a data driven approach, pulling key insights on the member experience for relevant business lines and using performance analysis to create strong content. She maintained a high customer service standard across the team of social responders and worked with other areas of the business to ensure consistency and appropriate tone in all social media messaging.
