How it Happened
Thousands of people over 55 across Australia call an AVEO retirement village home. They invest their money, their hearts and their futures into this lifestyle.
So when the country’s largest retirement village company embarked on a nation-wide restructure and changes to service delivery, we understood the need to engage residents and staff with sensitivity and to articulate the change in a way that easily connected with them. It meant creating a safe meeting place between ‘cold, hard facts’ and people’s emotions, opinions and fears. Our strategy took a lot of work but we love rolling up our sleeves and working alongside our clients to achieve great results.
And we really do enjoy working with this team – in fact, we like them so much, we continue to work on communications projects across the country.
